Basement steel column construction device and construction method
The basement steel column construction device comprises a base frame, a supporting structure, a lifting structure and a moving structure, and the supporting structure is arranged at the top end of the base frame; the lifting structure is connected with the supporting structure and used for lifting the steel column; the moving structure is installed between the feeding end and the discharging end, and the base frame is installed at the top end of the moving structure. The moving structure comprises a guide rail and a driving assembly, the guide rail is laid between the feeding end and the discharging end, the driving assembly is installed on the guide rail, and the base frame is arranged on the side, away from the guide rail, of the driving assembly; the moving structure is used for driving the base frame to reciprocate between the feeding end and the discharging end. The original structure of a basement cannot be damaged, and in the whole process, the steel column is always in a vertical state in the hoisting process, and the principle of'no hoisting 'cannot be violated. The whole base frame moves integrally, a route is prefabricated through the guide rails, the carrying range is large and flexible, and the whole structure is compact and high in strength.
