The invention discloses a soil stabilizer, which is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 20 to 35 parts of blast furnace slag powder, 5 to 10 parts of desulfurized fly ash, 5 to 8 parts of volcanic ash, 15 to 25 parts of cement, 20 to 25 parts of fly ash, 20 to 35 parts of limestone powder, 5 to 10 parts of dihydrate gypsum and 10 to 15 parts of additives. The soil stabilizer has the characteristics of high solid waste content, high performance and low cost. The invention further discloses application of the soil stabilizer in soil reinforcement.
