Soil stabilizer and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a soil stabilizer which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-20 parts of sulphoaluminate cement, 5-10 parts of Portland cement, 20-60 parts of mineral powder, 15-45 parts of gypsum, 3-5 parts of quick lime, 1-2 parts of sodium silicate, 1-2 parts of an expanding agent and 1-2 parts of a retarder. The expanding agent is one or more of lauryl sodium sulfate, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether and fatty alcohol ammonium sulfate; the retarder is any one of glucose, starch, sodium hexametaphosphate, lignosulfonate and sodium citrate. The soft soil curing agent has the beneficial effects that the setting time of the soft soil curing agent is short, and the treated cured soil has the characteristics of fast strength development, micro-expansion in volume, better durability and the like. The method is particularly suitable for treatment of foundation soft soil, and is also suitable for soft soil reinforcement and treatment in low-temperature environment, and the solidified soil can have better mechanical properties and durability, so that the stability of a roadbed and the foundation is improved.
