Novel foamed ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a novel foamed ceramic and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of foamed ceramic preparation, and the preparation materials comprise, by weight, 5-10 parts of bentonite; 15 to 25 parts of perlite tailings; 15 to 30 parts of foaming squeezed mud; 20 to 40 parts of feldspar tailings; 20-30 parts of at least one of magnesium slag, chromium slag and manganese slag; 0.2 to 0.3 part of silicon carbide; and 0.2-3.0 parts of at least one of copper oxide, manganese oxide, chromium oxide and iron oxide. According to the novel foamed ceramic and the preparation method thereof, the foamed ceramic can effectively achieve a microporous effect through the added at least one of the copper oxide, the manganese oxide, the chromic oxide and the ferric oxide, and the pore diameter of the finished foamed ceramic can be further reduced by matching with the added at least one of the magnesium slag, the chromium slag and the manganese slag; meanwhile, the density of the foamed ceramic can be obviously reduced, and when the method is used for preparing, the foamed ceramic with small density can be prepared through accurate foaming temperature, so that the foamed ceramic has the effects of saving energy, protecting the environment and reducing the cost.
本发明公开了一种新型发泡陶瓷及其制备方法,本发明涉及发泡陶瓷的制备领域,制备用材料按重量份数计为:膨润土5‑10份;珍珠岩尾矿15‑25份;发泡压榨坭15‑30份;长石尾矿20‑40份;镁矿渣、铬渣、锰矿渣中的至少一种20‑30份;碳化硅0.2‑0.3份;氧化铜、氧化锰、氧化铬、氧化铁中的至少一种0.2‑3.0份。本发明所述的一种新型发泡陶瓷及其制备方法,通过添加的氧化铜、氧化锰、氧化铬、氧化铁中的至少一种可以有效使发泡陶瓷达到微孔效果,且配合加入的镁矿渣、铬渣、锰矿渣中的至少一种,可以使得成品发泡陶瓷的孔径能进一步缩小,同时使其密度能得到明显降低,此方法在进行制备时,通过准确的发泡温度能制备出密度小的发泡陶瓷,使其具有节能环保、降低成本的效果。
