The invention relates to a dismantling method of a steel arch frame for box type reinforced concrete arch bridge construction. The steel arch frame is divided into a vault section, two haunch sections and two arch springing sections. Two winches are arranged on the two sides, right opposite to the arch crown section, of the bridge respectively, and buckling towers are arranged on the two banks respectively; two cross beams are arranged at the two ends of the arch crown section in a penetrating mode in the transverse bridge direction, one cross beam is arranged in each haunch section and each arch foot section in a penetrating mode, the cross beams arranged in the arch crown section in the penetrating mode are firmly connected with winches on the two sides of the bridge, and the cross beams arranged in the haunch sections and the arch foot sections in the penetrating mode are firmly connected with buckling towers on the two banks through steel strands; the arch crown section is firstly put down to a transport ship through a winch, then the haunch section and the arch springing section are integrally and vertically rotated downwards, the haunch section on the left side is supported to the transport ship, the haunch section is dismantled, finally, the arch springing section is vertically rotated to the transport ship, and the arch springing section is dismantled. The arch center dismantling efficiency and safety are high, and damage to a bridge structure can be avoided.
