Comprising a container barrel, a replaceable filter screen, a floating assembly, a power assembly and a drainage pipeline. Before the device is used, a proper amount of water is added into the container barrel in advance to adjust a proper drainage depth, so that the overflow port is just flush with the water surface or slightly lower than the water surface, and oil stains flow into the container barrel under the condition of overflow of surface water by utilizing the characteristics that the oil stains are not fused with the water and float on the water surface; and clean water is obtained through adsorption and filtration of the replaceable filter screen and enters the container barrel, so that the effect of cleaning oil stains on the water surface is achieved. And then, under the action of the drainage pump, the filtered water is drained out of the container barrel in time, so that a water flow circulation effect is formed in the water body, and the balance of the container barrel in the water is kept. According to the device, all oil stains can be cleaned only by treating surface water, so that the device is more energy-saving and efficient.
