The invention discloses a cast-in-situ bored pile reinforcement cage positioning device which comprises a base, a pile casing and a branch pipe. The base is arranged on the ground, and a hole with the same diameter as a pile foundation hole is formed in the base; the outer diameter of the pile casing is matched with a pile foundation hole, the pile casing extends downwards from a hole in the base and perpendicularly extends into the pile foundation hole, a flange is arranged on the upper portion of the pile casing and is in lap joint with the periphery of the hole in the base, and 3-4 positioning grooves are formed in the periphery of the upper end of the pile casing and evenly formed along the periphery of the pile casing. The number of the branch pipes is matched with the number of the positioning grooves, first hooks are arranged at the upper ends of the branch pipes and matched with the positioning grooves in the pile casing, the branch pipes are hung in the positioning grooves of the pile casing through the first hooks, the outer diameter of the branch pipes is the same as the thickness of a pile foundation protection layer, and the reinforcement cage is released downwards in the pile casing. In the releasing process, the branch pipe is located between the reinforcement cage and the pile casing, and the reinforcement cage slides down along the outer side wall of the branch pipe. The problems that in the descending process of the reinforcement cage, the perpendicularity of the reinforcement cage cannot be adjusted, and eccentricity occurs can be effectively solved.
本发明公开了一种钻孔灌注桩钢筋笼定位装置,包括基座、护筒、支管;基座设置于地面上,基座上设置有与桩基孔直径相同的孔;护筒的外径与桩基孔相匹配,护筒自基座上的孔下探垂直伸入桩基孔,护筒上部设置有凸缘,凸缘搭接于基座上的孔周围,护筒上端四周设置有定位槽,定位槽的数量为3‑4个,沿护筒周围均匀设置;支管的数量与定位槽相匹配,支管上端设置有第一挂钩,所述第一挂钩与护筒上的定位槽相匹配,支管通过第一挂钩悬挂于护筒的定位槽内,支管的外径与桩基保护层厚度相同,在护筒内向下释放钢筋笼,释放过程中支管介于钢筋笼与护筒之间,钢筋笼沿支管外侧壁下滑。本发明可以有效解决钢筋笼在下放过程中无法调整钢筋笼垂直度,以及出现的偏心的问题。
