The invention provides an anti-sedimentation device for a bridge pile foundation, which comprises a land, a bearing column is vertically arranged on the land, and the bearing column is used for supporting a bridge; a pit with an upward opening is formed in the land, a reinforcing component laid in the pit is arranged in the pit, and the bearing column penetrates through the reinforcing component to be inserted into the land so as to improve the stability of the bearing column in the land; a surrounding assembly is arranged above the land, the surrounding assembly is of a closed annular structure in a surrounding mode, a vertically-arranged spiral inserting rod is arranged in the surrounding assembly, and a lifting moving mechanism capable of driving the spiral inserting rod to rotate is arranged in the surrounding assembly so that the spiral inserting rod can be inserted into the land; the soft soil of the shallow layer is excavated firstly, then the gravel layer and the dry slag layer are filled and rolled, so that sedimentation can be relieved, various properties of the land can be improved, in addition, the cement paste layer is laid, the cement paste layer can permeate into the gravel layer and the dry slag layer, a composite structure is formed, and therefore the bearing capacity is improved.
