The invention provides a self-restraint energy dissipation structure based on disc spring reset, which comprises a disc spring group, the disc spring group is serially connected to an energy dissipation section in the middle of an energy dissipation steel bar through a hole formed by a middle through hole of a disc spring, and the periphery, the upper end and the lower end of the disc spring group are limited, clamped and pressed by a group of metal limiting pieces; each metal limiting piece is composed of a lower clamping and pressing part, a fence part with the middle in the vertical direction and an upper clamping and pressing part, the upper clamping and pressing part and the lower clamping and pressing part tightly buckle the upper end and the lower end of the disc spring set and are used for axial limiting and stopping of the disc spring set, and the fence part is used for radial limiting and stopping of the disc spring set. Two sections, extending out of the hole, of the energy dissipation steel bar are respectively an upper connecting section and a lower connecting section, the upper connecting section is connected with a connecting sleeve, and the relative position of the connecting sleeve relative to the energy dissipation steel bar is adjustable; the outer diameter of the connecting sleeve is larger than that of the energy consumption section. The outer diameter of the lower connecting section is larger than that of the energy consumption section; the lower clamping and pressing parts of part of the metal limiting pieces are connected and fixed to the lower connecting section, and the upper clamping and pressing parts of the other metal limiting pieces are connected and fixed to the connecting sleeve.
