The invention discloses an autoclaved aerated concrete self-heat-preservation building block and a manufacturing process thereof, and the autoclaved aerated concrete self-heat-preservation building block comprises an autoclaved aerated concrete block body which is provided with a heat-preservation inner cavity; and the heat preservation plate is located in the heat preservation inner cavity, the melting point of the heat preservation plate is higher than the steam curing process temperature of the autoclaved aerated concrete block body, and the heat preservation plate serves as an inner core to be poured into the autoclaved aerated concrete block body. The autoclaved aerated concrete self-insulation building block structure provided by the invention is relatively good in reliability.
