The assembly type multifunctional high-sound-insulation partition wall comprises a top keel, a bottom keel, a vertical side keel, a vertical keel and a center penetrating keel, the top keel and the bottom keel are the same in structure, and the top keel comprises an inner side groove plate, a middle small groove plate and an outer side groove plate which are integrally formed; a middle small groove plate is arranged between two side plates on the adjacent opening sides of the inner side groove plate and the outer side groove plate to form three mounting spaces, namely an outer side mounting space, a middle mounting space and an inner side mounting space, and vertical keels can be inserted in the inner side mounting space and the outer side mounting space of the sky keel and the ground keel in a staggered manner; rock wool is filled between every two adjacent vertical keels in each row, an air cavity is formed between every two rows of vertical keels, the vertical edge keels serve as connecting structures of the side faces of the partition wall and a building structure, the center-penetrating keels serve as transverse pulling structural parts to be arranged on the vertical keels in a penetrating mode, holes are formed in the center-penetrating keels, and pipelines can directly penetrate through the holes to be arranged.
