The invention relates to the field of air water collection, and discloses an MOF material based on glass fiber loading, an MOF moisture absorbent is loaded on a molded honeycomb-shaped high-performance glass fiber blank, and the honeycomb-shaped high-performance glass fiber blank is obtained by alternately overlapping corrugated glass fiber mats and flat glass fiber mats, dipping the corrugated glass fiber mats and the flat glass fiber mats in a binder and then drying the corrugated glass fiber mats and the flat glass fiber mats. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the material and an air water collection device prepared from the material as an adsorption and desorption material. According to the MOF material loaded on the basis of the glass fibers, the preparation method thereof and the air water collecting device prepared from the material, the structure advantage and the cost advantage of the glass fibers are utilized, and the high specific surface area and the excellent adsorption performance of the MOF material are combined, so that the MOF material has the advantages of simplified process, low cost and efficient adsorption and regeneration performance; the water collection effect is good; and the application range is wide.
