All-solid-waste light plastering gypsum mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention provides all-solid waste light plastering gypsum mortar and a preparation method thereof. The concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 70 to 80 parts by weight of desulfurized building gypsum, 20 to 30 parts by weight of light sand, 0 to 10 parts by weight of stone powder, 0.1 to 0.3 part by weight of modified sodium bentonite, 0.01 to 0.015 part by weight of an air entraining agent, 0.14 to 0.18 part by weight of a water-retaining thickening agent and 0.08 to 0.12 part by weight of a retarder. The light sand is prepared by carrying out preliminary screening, drying, powder selecting and screening treatment on solid waste furnace slag of a coal-fired power plant; the stone powder is a by-product collected by a dust collector in a machine-made sand production process; the air entraining agent is a powdery composite surfactant. On the basis of ingredients of traditional light plastering gypsum, the light sand is used for replacing glass beads, the stone powder is used for replacing heavy calcium carbonate, then the composite air entraining agent and the modified sodium bentonite are used for making up negative effects brought by the light sand and the stone powder, and therefore the light plastering gypsum which is environmentally friendly, low in production energy consumption, low in cost and capable of being recycled is prepared from all solid waste raw materials. And the light plastering gypsum mortar has high quality and good constructability.
本发明提供一种全固废轻质抹灰石膏砂浆及其制备方法。按重量份数计,包括以下组分:脱硫建筑石膏70‑80重量份、轻砂20‑30重量份、石粉0‑10重量份、改性钠基膨润土0.1‑0.3重量份、引气剂0.01‑0.015重量份、保水增稠剂0.14‑0.18重量份、缓凝剂0.08‑0.12重量份。所述轻砂为燃煤电厂的固废炉渣经初筛、烘干、选粉、筛分处理制备得到;所述石粉为机制砂生产过程中收尘器收集的副产物;所述引气剂为粉状复合型表面活性剂。本发明在传统轻质抹灰石膏的配料基础上,以轻砂替代玻化微珠、石粉替代重钙,再以复合型引气剂和改性钠基膨润土,弥补轻砂和石粉带来的负面影响,从而以全固废原料制备得到既绿色环保,生产低能耗、低成本,又兼顾高品质和良好施工性的轻质抹灰石膏砂浆。
