The invention discloses ceramic powder as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The ceramic powder comprises amino-modified aluminum oxide, the preparation raw materials of the amino-modified aluminum oxide comprise aluminum oxide and an amine compound; the mass ratio of the amine compound to the aluminum oxide is 1: (0.5-6). According to the ceramic powder disclosed by the invention, aluminum oxide is subjected to surface modification by adopting an amine compound, so that a surface group of the aluminum oxide has an amino functional group, and when the ceramic powder is used for preparing a ceramic structural part, the ceramic powder can be combined with a hydroxyl-containing additive and is subjected to condensation reaction, so that the binding property of the ceramic powder and the additive is enhanced; the feeding stability of the prepared ceramic structural part is enhanced, so that the phenomenon of composition segregation in the injection process is reduced or even avoided, a ceramic structural part green body with uniform density distribution and good shape retention is obtained, the mechanical strength is improved, the ceramic structural part with high quality and long service life is obtained, and the quality and the yield of a finished product of the ceramic structural part are improved.
