The invention provides a ballastless track concrete curing method, which relates to the technical field of railway engineering, and comprises the following steps: in an initial curing period, injecting a curing liquid into a shunting box, when the liquid level of the curing liquid in the shunting box reaches a water inlet of a spraying flow path, overflowing the curing liquid from the water inlet of the spraying flow path and flowing into a spraying assembly through the spraying flow path, spraying is conducted on the corresponding moisturizing sites through the spraying assembly, and injection is stopped when the maintenance liquid injected into the flow dividing box reaches the preset injection amount; after entering a curing period, comparing the surface humidity collected by a surface humidity sensor in real time with the preset humidity of the to-be-cured concrete, and when the surface humidity is lower than the preset humidity, adjusting the water supplementing flow of a spraying flow path through a water supplementing amount adjusting assembly; and after the surface humidity reaches the preset humidity, the water supplementing flow is adjusted to zero. The maintenance cost is reduced while the maintenance quality of the ballastless track concrete is guaranteed.
本发明提供了无砟轨道混凝土养护方法,涉及铁路工程技术领域,包括在初养护期,在分流箱内注入养护液,当分流箱内的养护液液位达到所述喷淋流路的进水口后,养护液由喷淋流路的进水口溢出并经过喷淋流路流入所述喷淋组件,通过所述喷淋组件对对应的所述保湿位点进行喷淋,当注入分流箱内的养护液达到预设注入量后停止注入;进入养护周期后,对比表面湿度传感器实时采集的表面湿度和待养护混凝土的预设湿度,当所述表面湿度低于所述预设湿度时,通过所述补水量调节组件调节所述喷淋流路的补水流量,所述表面湿度达到所述预设湿度后将所述补水流量调至为零。本发明保证无砟轨道混凝土养护质量的同时降低了养护成本。
