The invention discloses a construction method of a bright-color fluorescent semi-flexible pavement. The construction method comprises the following steps: firstly, paving a matrix asphalt mixture into a macroporous base surface; then uniformly paving the bright-color aggregate on the matrix asphalt mixture by using a gravel paver, rolling the pavement by using a rubber-tired road roller, and maintaining for about 24 hours at normal temperature; pouring the cement mortar in a layered manner: pouring the common cement mortar into the lower half layer of the matrix asphalt mixture, and pouring the bright-color fluorescent cement mortar into the upper half layer of the matrix asphalt mixture after the common cement mortar is initially set; finally, after grouting is completed, in the period from initial setting to final setting of the surface light-color fluorescent cement mortar, light-color fluorescent luminescent powder is evenly spread on the pavement, after spreading is completed, a rubber wheel is used for rolling, the light-color fluorescent powder is embedded into the surface of the mortar to be finally set together with the mortar, and the light-color fluorescent semi-flexible pavement material is obtained.
本发明公开一种明色荧光半柔性路面的施工方法,包括以下步骤:先将基体沥青混合料铺筑成大孔隙基面;然后使用碎石摊铺机将明色集料均匀摊铺于基体沥青混合料上,采用胶轮压路机对路面进行碾压后,常温下养护24h左右;再分层灌注水泥胶浆:将普通水泥浆灌注于基体沥青混合料的下半层,在普通水泥浆初凝后将明色荧光水泥胶浆灌注于基体沥青混合料的上半层;最后在灌浆完成后,在表面明色荧光水泥胶浆初凝后到终凝前期间,将明色荧光发光粉均匀的撒布到路面上,铺撒完毕后使用胶轮碾压,使明色荧光粉嵌入到胶浆表面与胶浆一起终凝,得到明色荧光半柔性路面材料。
