The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, and discloses a wood formwork early-dismantling formwork supporting system which comprises a stud, a flange plate adjusting nut and a lateral supporting connecting structure erected at the top of the stud adjusting nut. The lateral support connecting structure comprises a first locking block and a second locking block which are clamped into a whole; the first locking block and the second locking block are symmetrically distributed on the two sides of the stud. The first locking block is erected on the upper surface of the stud adjusting nut, a clamping groove is formed in the first locking block, and the second locking block is clamped into the clamping groove; locking holes are formed in the first locking block and the second locking block, positioning rods are inserted into the locking holes, and the tops of the positioning rods abut against the flange plate adjusting nuts. The lateral support connecting structure is arranged at the top of the stud adjusting nut and is locked by the positioning rod; the lateral supporting connecting structure is locked by the lower portion of the positioning rod, the top of the positioning rod abuts against a flange plate adjusting nut at the same time, and the stability of vertical rod supporting is greatly improved in all the processes of building and formwork removal.
