The invention discloses a connecting method for an FRP profile with a closed section and a concrete layer. The connecting method comprises the following steps that a plurality of rectangular bolt holes are formed in set positions on a top plate of the FRP profile; a T-shaped bolt is mounted in each rectangular bolt hole; a nut at the upper part is screwed into the top of a screw rod of each T-shaped bolt; epoxy resin is poured into each rectangular bolt hole; and after the epoxy resin is solidified, a concrete layer is poured on the top plate of the FRP profile, so that the FRP profile and the poured concrete layer form a whole. The structure is reasonable, construction is convenient, and the problem that installation is inconvenient when the bolt is applied to the FRP sectional material with the closed section can be effectively solved; the stress performance is good, and an FRP profile-concrete composite beam or an FRP profile-concrete composite plate can be formed; chemical bonding is avoided, and the durability is good.
