The invention discloses a safety lock which comprises a safety lock cylinder and a key. The safety lock cylinder comprises an inner cylinder, a cylinder sleeve and at least two lock wheels. The inner core is sleeved in the core sleeve and can rotate in the core sleeve for unlocking; the lock wheels are arranged in parallel in the inner core in a sleeving manner and can rotate in the inner core to unlock; the cross section of one end, extending into the lock cylinder, of the key is arc-shaped so as to correspond to the arc-shaped key hole of the lock wheel; and lock teeth corresponding to the rotation angle of the unlocking opening of the lock wheel are arranged on the opening edge of one side, corresponding to the unlocking opening of the lock wheel, of one end, extending into the lock cylinder, of the key. The anti-theft lock is good in anti-theft performance and simple in structure.
