Spraying type concrete preparation device and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete preparation, in particular to a spraying type concrete preparation device which comprises a plurality of material conveying parts used for conveying different materials. The air compression part is used for conveying compressed air; the spraying assembly is communicated with the output end of the air compression part and the output ends of the plurality of material conveying parts; wherein after the multiple material conveying parts convey materials into the spraying assembly, the materials are mixed into concrete grout through the spraying assembly, and then the concrete grout is sprayed out under the action of compressed air at the output end of the air compression part. Materials are conveyed into the spraying assembly through the corresponding material conveying parts respectively, and are sprayed out through the spraying assembly after being fully mixed, so that the conveying distance of concrete grout does not exceed the maximum length of the spraying assembly, namely, the conveying distance can be ignored. And the concrete slurry is directly sprayed out after being formed by mixing, so that the uniformity of particles in the sprayed concrete slurry is ensured, and the structural strength of the concrete is finally ensured.
