Two-component accelerator, wet spraying concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a two-component accelerator, wet spraying concrete and a preparation method thereof. The two-component accelerator comprises a solid component and a liquid component, wherein the solid component is a sulfur aluminum mineral, and the liquid component is an alkali-free accelerator. The wet spraying concrete adopts the two-component accelerator and is combined with a new concrete mix proportion, so that the wrapping performance of slurry is improved, the setting time of the wet shotcrete is shortened, the concrete is good in cohesiveness and high in setting speed, a certain cohesive force is obtained within a short time after the wet spraying concrete is sprayed, the probability of falling of the concrete is remarkably reduced, that is, the rebound rate is greatly reduced, and the comprehensive construction cost of wet spraying concrete is reduced. Compared with the existing wet-spraying concrete, the cement consumption of the wet-spraying concrete disclosed by the invention is reduced, but the working performance of a concrete mixture is improved, and a pipe is not easy to block in a spraying construction process; and the two-component accelerator has good adaptability to different types of cement, the spraying construction speed is increased, and the construction cost and quality can be effectively controlled.
本发明涉及一种双组分速凝剂、湿喷混凝土及其制备方法。其中,双组分速凝剂,包括固体组分和液体组分,固体组分为硫铝质矿物,液体组分为无碱速凝剂;湿喷混凝土采用双组份速凝剂,并结合新的混凝土配合比,不仅提高了浆体的包裹性能,还缩短了湿喷混凝土的凝结时间,混凝土凝聚性好,凝结速度快,在喷射后短时间内获得一定的粘结力,混凝土掉落的概率显著下降,也就是回弹率大幅下降,减少湿喷混凝土综合施工成本。与现有的湿喷混凝土相比,本发明的湿喷混凝土水泥用量下降,但混凝土拌和物工作性能提高,喷射施工过程不易堵管;双组分速凝剂与不同品种的水泥适应性好,不仅喷射施工速度提高,而且能够有效控制施工成本和质量。
