The invention provides a titanium gypsum crystal form regulation and control method which is applied to preparation of building gypsum, and the regulation and control method comprises the following steps: S1, pretreatment of original-state titanium dihydrate gypsum powder; s2, preparing a titanium dihydrate gypsum solution; s3, titanium gypsum crystal form regulation reaction; s4, controlling the granularity of the titanium gypsum; and S5, preparing the building semi-hydrated titanium gypsum. By adding the n-propyl alcohol, the crystal structure of the titanium dihydrate gypsum can be effectively adjusted, so that the crystal structure is tighter. In this way, the mechanical property, especially the compressive strength, of the prepared building titanium gypsum is improved, the problem that traditional titanium gypsum is poor in mechanical property is solved, and the applicability of the building titanium gypsum in building materials is improved. The regulation and control process can be completed only by adding additives such as n-propyl alcohol and controlling reaction conditions, a complex preparation process is not needed, the technological process is simple and easy to implement, and large-scale production is facilitated.
