Geopolymeric cement material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a geopolymeric cement material and a preparation method thereof. The geopolymeric cement material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 25-50 parts of metakaolin, 5-30 parts of a pretreatment waste catalyst, 10-40 parts of an exciting agent and 2-15 parts of water, wherein the pretreatment process of the waste catalyst comprises the following steps: immersing the waste catalyst into an epoxy propane aqueous solution, then carrying out sealed heat treatment, and drying and roasting the material obtained by heat treatment. The geopolymeric cement material provided by the invention takes a certain amount of waste catalyst as a raw material, has good compressive strength and breaking strength, better solidifies heavy metals in the waste catalyst, solves the problem of single basic raw material of the geopolymeric cement, and promotes the popularization and application of the geopolymeric cement.
本发明公开了一种土聚水泥材料及其制备方法。土聚水泥材料,以重量份计,包括如下组分:偏高岭土25‑50份,预处理废催化剂5‑30份,激发剂10‑40份,水2‑15份;其中所述的预处理废催化剂的处理过程为:将废催化剂浸入环氧丙烷水溶液中,然后进行密封热处理,热处理得到的物料再经干燥、焙烧。本发明的土聚水泥材料以一定量废催化剂为原料,具有良好的抗压强度和抗折强度,更好地固化废催化剂中的重金属,解决了土聚水泥基础原料单一的问题,促进了土聚水泥的推广应用。
