The invention discloses a multi-component solid waste synthetic activator as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The solid waste synthetic activator comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of carbide slag, 10-30 parts of red mud, 5-10 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 5-20 parts of metal silicate, 5-10 parts of silica fume, 1-3 parts of a water reducing agent and 0.5-2 parts of waste glass powder. The particle size of the waste glass powder is 20-60 [mu] m; the mass ratio of the metal silicate to the silica fume to the waste glass powder is (1-2): 1: (0.2-0.5). The geopolymer material prepared from the solid waste synthesis activator is excellent in performance, high in breaking strength and compressive strength, good in stability, low in water absorption rate, not prone to being affected by the external environment, high in durability and capable of meeting application of actual engineering.
本发明公开了一种多组分固废合成激发剂及其制备方法和应用。所述固废合成激发剂以重量份计,包括如下组分:电石渣30~50份、赤泥10~30份、脱硫石膏5~10份、金属硅酸盐5~20份、硅灰5~10份、减水剂1~3份、废玻璃粉0.5~2份;所述废玻璃粉的粒径大小为20~60μm;所述金属硅酸盐、硅灰与废玻璃粉的质量比为(1~2):1:(0.2~0.5)。本发明的固废合成激发剂制成的地质聚合物材料性能优异,抗折强度和抗压强度高、安定性好且吸水率低,不易受到外界环境的影响,耐久性高,满足实际工程的应用。
