The composite exciting agent is applied to nonferrous metallurgy reducing slag, so that active micro powder with high activity can be prepared. Compared with non-ferrous metallurgy reducing slag, the active micro powder is used as a concrete admixture or a cement admixture, and the utilization rate can be increased.
