The invention relates to an anti-fission filling material for an outer wall of a tunnel and a preparation method of the anti-fission filling material. The anti-fission filling material comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 80-120 parts of wollastonite, 16-25 parts of modified silicon dioxide nanotubes, 60-82 parts of polymer polyol, 15-25 parts of activated wood flour, 5-6.5 parts of a silane coupling agent and 30-43 parts of isocyanate. According to the invention, a component I containing modified silicon dioxide nanotubes, activated wood flour and polymer polyol and a component II containing wollastonite and isocyanate are subjected to a chemical reaction at room temperature to obtain the fission-resistant filling material for the outer wall of the tunnel, and the fission-resistant filling material has high elasticity, strength, fatigue resistance and isotropy.
