Nano silicon dioxide modified cement-based grouting full-length anchoring material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of grouting materials, in particular to a nano-silica modified cement-based grouting full-length anchoring material and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the problems that chemical slurry is generally toxic, low in strength, short in service life and required to be frequently supplemented, so that the total cost is high, cement particles in cement slurry are large, and the grouting quality is poor. The problems that small gaps cannot be filled under normal conditions, meanwhile, the strength between a grouting body and a crack matrix is obviously reduced along with volume shrinkage in the cement setting process, and the actual application requirement is difficult to meet are solved. The grouting full-length anchoring material comprises standard cement, a water reducing agent, an expanding agent, an accelerator and nano silicon dioxide, compared with the existing cement grouting material, the cement grouting material has the advantages of high slurry stability, good fluidity, strong groutability and micro-expansion performance, and shows higher anchoring strength, enhanced coordinated deformation capability and better durability in a full-length grouting system as an anchoring agent.
