The invention belongs to the technical field of grouting materials, and particularly relates to a superfine cement-based composite grouting full-length anchoring material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The anchoring material disclosed by the invention is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 950 to 1050 parts of standard cement, 117 to 168 parts of a strength modifier and 4 to 10 parts of glass fiber powder. The superfine cement-based composite grouting full-length anchoring material prepared by the invention is used as an anchoring agent in a full-length anchoring surrounding rock system, the bearing capacity of a whole component is obviously superior to that of a common cement-based grouting material under the same condition, and meanwhile, the superfine cement-based composite grouting full-length anchoring material has enhanced deformation coordination capability and good durability.
本发明属于注浆材料技术领域,尤其是一种超细水泥基复合注浆全长锚固材料及其制备方法与应用。本发明的锚固材料由以下质量份数计的组分制备得到:950‑1050质量份的基准水泥,117‑168质量份的强度改性剂,4‑10质量份的玻璃纤维粉。本发明制备的超细水泥基复合注浆全长锚固材料,作为锚固剂在全长锚固围岩体系中整体构件承载力明显优于同等条件下普通水泥基注浆材料,同时具有增强的协调变形能力和好的耐久性。
