The invention discloses an early-strength delayed-coagulation micro-expansive cementing material for filling a sulfur-fixing ash-based coal mine, which takes hot sulfur-fixing slag, sulfur-fixing ash, wet carbide slag and wet desulfurization gypsum as main raw materials. The early-strength delayed-coagulation micro-expansive cementing material comprises the following components: 20%-50% of sulfur-fixing slag, 20%-50% of sulfur-fixing ash, 20%-40% of wet carbide slag, 0-8% of wet desulfurization gypsum and 0.05%-0.1% of a hydration inhibitor, the invention further discloses a low-energy-consumption preparation method for preparing the sulfur-fixing ash-based cementing material, and the method comprises the steps that wet materials are primarily dried through a slag cooler, batching and mixing are completed, and secondary drying is conducted through waste flue gas of a power plant. The energy consumption for drying the wet carbide slag and the wet desulfurized gypsum is reduced, meanwhile, mixing of multiple raw materials is completed, the preparation cost is greatly reduced, and the cementing material can also be used for road engineering such as soil solidification.
