Yellow phosphorus sealing material and preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of environmental protection, in particular to a yellow phosphorus sealing material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, which are used for solving the technical problems of safe excavation and transportation of yellow phosphorus piles and utilization of yellow phosphorus. The formula of the yellow phosphorus sealing material comprises calcined desulfurized gypsum, superfine fly ash, diatomite, water glass, hydromagnesite powder, zinc carbonate, sodium metaaluminate, polypropylene fiber, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and water, and slurry is prepared from the components. The method comprises the following steps: digging a groove in the periphery of a yellow phosphorus pile body in the early stage of digging, spraying water to the periphery and the surface of the pile body in the digging process, and spraying slurry to the surface of the pile body and the dug top surface to achieve the effects of retarding flame and improving the strength of a solidified body shell, then putting the pile body into an aeration tank, dispersing, aerating and filtering the slurry to obtain filter residues, and carrying out secondary treatment on the filter residues. And the filter residues are applied to building materials. By regulating and controlling the formula of the sealing material, it is guaranteed that the yellow phosphorus pile body is not damaged by external force in the excavation and transportation process, spontaneous combustion caused by contact of yellow phosphorus and air is avoided, and therefore the safety of the whole excavation and transportation process is guaranteed. And the hardened slurry on the surface of the pile body can be automatically scattered in the subsequent pile body stirring process, so that convenience is provided for yellow phosphorus treatment and recycling.
本发明涉及环保技术领域，特别是指一种黄磷密封材料及其制备方法和应用，用以解决黄磷堆体安全开挖和运输以及黄磷的利用的技术问题。所述黄磷密封材料的配方包括煅烧脱硫石膏，超细粉煤灰，硅藻土，水玻璃，水菱镁石粉，碳酸锌，偏铝酸钠，聚丙烯纤维，羟丙基甲基纤维素和水，并以此配置料浆。通过开挖前期对黄磷堆体周边开挖沟槽，开挖过程中对堆体周边及表面洒水，并在堆体表面及挖出的顶面喷洒料浆，以达到阻燃和提高固化体外壳强度的作用，之后将堆体置入曝气池，通过分散，曝气和料浆过滤后得到滤渣，并将滤渣应用于建材。本发明通过调控密封材料配方，保证黄磷堆体在开挖和运输过程中不受外力破坏，避免黄磷与空气接触产生自燃，从而保证开挖和运输全过程的安全性。堆体表面的硬化浆体，在后续堆体搅拌过程中，会自行溃散，从而为黄磷处置及资源化提供便利。
