Cellulose-based aerogel heat insulation sheet as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of heat insulation sheets and preparation thereof, in particular to a cellulose-based aerogel heat insulation sheet and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the cellulose-based aerogel heat insulation sheet provided by the invention comprises the following steps: step 1, dissolving cellulose in an acid solution, and adding a cross-linking agent for reaction; step 2, adding dispersion liquid of phosphoethanolamine for reaction, and adding fibrofelt for dipping; and step 3, finally, carrying out gel aging and supercritical drying to obtain the cellulose-based aerogel heat insulation sheet. The heat insulation sheet prepared by the method has relatively good heat insulation performance, structural stability, heat stability, mechanical performance and safety; the method also has the advantages of simple preparation method, easy operation, low preparation cost and the like.
