The porous high-entropy rare earth monosilicate ceramic powder provided by the invention has the characteristics of uniform element distribution, large component space, no impurity phase, low thermal conductivity and the like, has the advantages of simple equipment, controllable process and the like, is suitable for being used on a hot end part of an aero-engine, and has a wide application prospect.
