Tantalum carbide composite coating as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to the field of ceramic coatings, in particular to a tantalum carbide composite coating and a preparation method and application thereof. The tantalum carbide composite coating comprises a tantalum carbide coating and a tantalum carbide-carbon composite coating from outside to inside; the tantalum carbide-carbon composite coating is obtained by carrying out in-situ reaction on a porous carbon coating and a tantalum-containing raw material in holes. According to the preparation method, the surface of graphite is roughened through carbon spraying treatment on a graphite matrix, a tantalum pentachloride raw material reacts with a carbon source to deposit a tantalum carbide coating in the CVD deposition process, a gas source also permeates into holes of the carbon coating to be subjected to an in-situ reaction with the carbon coating to a certain extent, and a C-TaC transition layer is formed; not only is the mismatching problem caused by the difference of thermal expansion coefficients effectively relieved, but also the adhesive force of the coating and the matrix is enhanced to a certain extent.
本发明涉及陶瓷涂层领域,具体涉及一种碳化钽复合涂层及其制备方法和应用。所述碳化钽复合涂层包括由表及里的碳化钽涂层和碳化钽‑碳复合涂层;所述碳化钽‑碳复合涂层为多孔碳素涂层与含钽原料在孔内发生原位反应得到。本发明通过对石墨基体喷碳处理,使石墨表面粗糙化,在CVD沉积过程中五氯化钽原料不仅会与碳源反应沉积碳化钽涂层,且气源同时也会渗透进入碳涂层孔内与碳涂层在一定程度上发生原位反应,形成C‑TaC过渡层,不仅有效的缓解了热膨胀系数差异导致的失配问题,还一定程度上增强了涂层与基体的附着力。
