The invention relates to a microwave and hot air synergistic heating integrated recycled asphalt mixing station and a mixing method thereof. A traditional hot mixing process is not suitable for carrying out mixed thermal regeneration on a raw material and an old asphalt mixture. The device comprises a raw material temporary storage bin, a coarse RAP temporary storage bin, a fine RAP temporary storage bin, an open fire heating roller, a hot air heating roller, a spiral conveying device, a microwave hot air synergistic heating box and a continuous microwave hot air heating stirring pot, the raw material temporary storage bin is connected to an open fire heating roller, the coarse RAP temporary storage bin is connected to a hot air heating roller, and the open fire heating roller and the hot air heating roller are both connected to a spiral conveying device; the fine RAP temporary storage bin is connected into a spiral conveying device; the spiral conveying device is connected into the microwave hot air synergistic heating box and then connected into the continuous microwave hot air heating stirring pot. According to the invention, the thermal regeneration of the asphalt mixture can be realized, and the working procedures of heating, mixing, stirring and the like of the raw material and the regenerated material are in a heat preservation and heating state, so that the thermal efficiency is greatly improved.
本发明涉及一种微波热风协同加热一体式再生沥青拌合站及其拌合方法。传统热拌合工艺并不适用于对原生料和旧沥青混合料进行混合热再生。本发明包括原生料暂存仓、粗RAP暂存仓、细RAP暂存仓、明火加热滚筒、热风加热滚筒、螺旋输料装置、微波热风协同加热箱和连续式微波热风加热搅拌锅；原生料暂存仓接入明火加热滚筒，粗RAP暂存仓接入热风加热滚筒，明火加热滚筒和热风加热滚筒均接入螺旋输料装置；细RAP暂存仓接入螺旋输料装置；螺旋输料装置接入微波热风协同加热箱，进而接入连续式微波热风加热搅拌锅。本发明可实现沥青混合料的热再生，原生料和再生料的加热、混合、搅拌等作业流程均处于保温加热状态，因而极大地提高了热效率。
