The invention discloses a stay cable replacement construction method which comprises the following steps: step 1, sequentially measuring the cable force and the cable length of an old cable, then measuring the elevation of a bridge floor, and then preparing construction machinery and materials; secondly, an auxiliary device is installed at the position, corresponding to a bottom plate, of the main beam, and the auxiliary device is controlled to stretch in a graded mode; thirdly, when the old cable is dismantled, ancillary facilities of the old cable are firstly dismantled, then the initial loose cable force of the old cable is detected, and then the old cable is released in a grading mode; fourthly, when the new cables at the corresponding positions are installed, the new cables are tensioned in a graded mode, and then accessories are installed; fifthly, the installation condition is checked, and a next old cable is replaced; in the cable-stayed bridge cable replacement process, the influence on the main beam deflection and the structural stress in the cable replacement process is reduced, and the safety of the main beam structure in the cable replacement process is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种斜拉索更换施工方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、依次测量旧索索力与索长,接着测量桥面标高,然后准备施工机械与材料;步骤二、在主梁对应底板处安装辅助装置,控制辅助装置分级张拉;步骤三、拆除旧索时,首先拆除旧索的附属设施,然后检测旧索初始松动索力,然后旧索分级放张;步骤四、安装对应位置的新索时,新索分级张拉,然后安装附件配件;步骤五、检查安装情况,更换下一根旧索;本发明在斜拉桥换索的过程中,减小了在换索过程中对主梁挠度及结构应力的影响,保证了换索过程中主梁结构的安全性。
