The invention discloses a structural column anti-collision device and a preparation method of the anti-collision device, and the anti-collision device is installed on a structural column of an industrial building and comprises a steel plate, a self-recovery energy consumption unit and a packaging unit. The steel plates are arranged on the periphery of the structural column, the steel plates are sleeved with the self-recovery energy dissipation units, and the packaging units are arranged on the outer sides of the self-recovery energy dissipation units and used for packaging the self-recovery energy dissipation units. The self-recovery energy consumption unit comprises an elastic frame and energy consumption particles; the elastic frame is located between the steel plate and the packaging unit. Energy-consuming particles are filled between the elastic frame and the steel plate and between the elastic frame and the packaging unit, and the elastic frame provides radial elastic restoring force for the packaging unit. According to the scheme, through the arrangement of the anti-collision device, the structural column is prevented from being damaged when the structural column is collided by heavy objects transported by a vehicle or a crane; and the self-recovery energy consumption unit is arranged, flexible protection on the structural column is achieved, and it is worthy of noting that after the anti-collision device is collided, manual repairing is not needed, and the anti-collision capacity is naturally recovered.
