Bridge column anti-collision protection device
The invention provides a bridge column anti-collision protection device which comprises a bridge and pier columns. The outer sides of the pier columns are sleeved with bearings, and the bearings are tightly attached to the pier columns. The outer rings of the bearings are riveted to the inner sides of protective layers, outward extending antennas are additionally arranged on the protective layers,the antennas can surround the protective layers by a circle or are arranged in a semi-circular shape along the portions, facing a navigation channel, of the protective layers, and the protective layers and the antennas rotate along with the outer rings of the bearings when the pier columns collide with a ship. According to the device, the rotary structures of the bearings are utilized, the extending antennas are additionally arranged on the protective layers arranged on the outer side of the device, the acting force of transverse rotation during ship collision is increased, and therefore, anunloading function is achieved, the pier columns and the bridges are protected to the maximum extent, and meanwhile passing ships and personnel are protected against damage.
本发明提供一种桥柱防撞保护装置,包括桥梁和桥墩柱,桥墩柱外侧套接有轴承,轴承紧贴桥墩柱安装,轴承的外圈铆接于在保护层的内侧,保护层上增加外延的触角,触角可围绕保护层一圈或者沿保护层面向航道部分呈半圆状设置,保护层和触角在桥墩柱与船只发生碰撞时随轴承的外圈一起旋转。本装置利用轴承的旋转式结构,在装置外侧设置的保护层上增加外延的触角,增加船只撞击时横向转动的作用力,从而实现卸荷的功能,争取最大限度的保护桥墩柱和桥梁,同时保护过往船只及人员不受损害。
