The invention provides an assembled integral type embankment engineering structure and a construction method thereof.The assembled integral type embankment engineering structure comprises a prefabricated vertical type pile wall embankment protection structure, a cast-in-place pile structure, a prefabricated alternate superposed beam, a superposed roadbed plate, a prefabricated retaining wall and a concrete structure; the prefabricated vertical pile wall embankment protection structure is arranged on the side edge of a river channel. The prefabricated interphase superposed beams are arranged on earthwork on one side of the river channel and located above the prefabricated vertical type pile wall embankment protection structure, one ends of the prefabricated interphase superposed beams convexly extend to the position above the river channel in a suspended mode, and the other ends of the prefabricated interphase superposed beams are located on one sides of the second exposed steel bars; the laminated roadbed plate is arranged above the prefabricated interphase laminated beam; the prefabricated retaining wall is positioned above the suspended end part of the prefabricated alternate superposed beam in the horizontal direction; and the concrete structure is arranged above the prefabricated vertical pile wall embankment protection structure, the cast-in-place pile structure and the prefabricated alternate superposed beam and is connected to one side of the prefabricated retaining wall.
