The invention discloses a prestressed static pressure pile construction method under a soft soil foundation condition. The prestressed static pressure pile construction method comprises the following steps that S1, a BIM geologic model is established; s2, creating a static pressure pile model; s3, a static pressure pile construction drawing and construction process parameters are imported into BIM software; s4, according to the construction sequence, a plurality of static pressure piles are simulated to be pressed into the BIM geologic model in sequence; s5, according to the soil collapse deformation amount and the deformation range obtained in the step S4 and the soil structure strength at the coordinates of the next pile position, whether the soil deformation amount and the foundation bearing capacity meet the construction requirements of a pile driver or not when pile pressing is conducted at the next pile position is judged; s6, summarizing all the soil improvement schemes; and S7, during actual construction in the site, an original static pressure pile construction drawing, an original construction technology and a construction response plan obtained through simulation are combined, and pressing-in of all static pressure piles is completed. Compared with the prior art, potential quality hazards and potential construction safety hazards of static pressure pile construction under the soft soil foundation condition are solved.
本发明公开了一种软弱土地基条件的预应力静压桩施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1、创建BIM地质模型;S2、创建静压桩模型;S3、将静压桩施工图纸和施工工艺参数导入BIM软件;S4、根据施工顺序,模拟多根静压桩依次压入BIM地质模型中;S5、根据步骤S4中获得的土壤湿陷变形量以及变形范围,以及下一桩位坐标处土壤结构强度,判断下一桩位进行压桩时,土壤变形量、地基承载力是否满足压桩机施工需求;S6、汇总所有土壤改良方案;S7、场地内实际施工时,将原始的静压桩施工图纸、施工工艺与模拟得到的施工应对预案结合,完成所有静压桩的压入。本发明相较于现有技术,解决软弱土地基条件静压桩施工的质量隐患和施工安全隐患。
