Deep foundation pit excavation method with stable support
The invention discloses a method for excavating a deep foundation pit with a stable support. The method sequentially comprises the following steps: leveling a site, and constructing a continuous wall; a continuous wall is constructed, stand column piles are constructed, and precipitation in the pit is started; after the continuous wall meets the design strength requirement, the continuous wall is excavated to the top elevation of a first concrete support, and a groove is dug to pour a first top beam and a support; after the first crown beam and the support meet the design strength requirement, excavation is conducted to the top elevation of the second concrete support, and a third steel support and a fourth steel support are erected according to the top elevation of the second concrete support; excavating to the top elevation of a fifth concrete support, grooving and pouring a fifth waist beam and a fifth support, and enabling the cross section size of the first concrete support to be different from the cross section sizes of the second concrete support and the fifth concrete support; excavating to the top elevation of a sixth steel support, grooving and adding the sixth steel support, applying prestress to the supports in time, and then erecting a seventh steel support and an eighth steel support in sequence; and excavating to the bottom of the station foundation pit, and pouring a cushion layer and a bottom plate. The stability and safety of the foundation pit can be improved, and the engineering quality is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种具有稳定支撑的深基坑开挖方法,依序包括步骤:平整场地,连续墙施工;连续墙施工,施做立柱桩,并开始坑内降水;连续墙达到设计强度要求后开挖至第一道砼支撑顶标高,挖槽浇筑第一道冠梁、支撑;第一道冠梁、支撑达到设计强度要求后,开挖至第二道砼支撑顶标高,照此依序架设第三、四道钢支撑;开挖至第五道砼支撑顶标高,挖槽浇筑第五道腰梁、支撑,第一道砼支撑截面尺寸与第二、五道砼支撑截面尺寸不同;开挖至第六道钢支撑顶标高,挖槽加第六道钢支撑,并及时给支撑施加预应力,之后照此依序架设第七、八道钢支撑;以及开挖至车站基坑坑底,浇筑垫层及底板。本发明能够提高基坑稳定性和安全性,大大提高了工程的质量。
