The foot protecting and heavy covering layer is pressed on an anchoring and shotcreting supporting layer of a foundation pit slope where the pipe gallery is located in a covering mode, cushion concrete of the foot protecting and heavy covering layer and cushion concrete of the pipe gallery are mutually independent, and an end bearing pile is arranged at the bottom of the foot protecting and heavy covering layer. The end bearing piles are used for transmitting the upper load borne by the supporting layer to a bed rock bearing layer or a hard soil layer. The pipe gallery bottom foundation has the effect of reducing the settlement amount of the pipe gallery bottom foundation.
