The invention relates to the technical field of house building construction, and discloses an anti-seepage and anti-crack structure of a building outer wall and a construction method.The anti-seepage and anti-crack structure of the building outer wall comprises a plurality of outer wall plates which are spliced with one another, and fastening assemblies used for seepage prevention and anti-crack are connected between the adjacent outer wall plates; the fastening assembly comprises a first clamping plate and a second clamping plate, a hollow fixing base is arranged between the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate, and a plurality of stretching assemblies are arranged on the opposite side walls of the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate at equal intervals. Through the arranged fastening assemblies, during installation, the external wall panel is inserted between the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate, through transmission between the stretching assemblies, fastening and attaching of the clamping plate to the external wall panel can be achieved through mutual meshing between the rack section and the gear, and during the period, the clamping plate is tightly attached to the external wall panel; and the film is opened through the opening assembly, so that the sealant liquid is promoted to flow out quickly, and the clamping plate and the outer wall plate are attached and fixed.
