Device and method for preventing sidewise bending of inclined box girder
The invention provides a device and method for preventing sidewise bending of an inclined box girder. The device comprises a supporting frame, a limiting assembly and an adjustable assembly, wherein the limiting assembly and the adjustable assembly are fixed to the supporting frame. The limiting assembly comprises a limiting rod and a locking assembly, wherein the limiting rod stretches across the supporting frame, and the locking assembly is arranged on the limiting rod and used for locking and limiting a box type steel beam in the supporting frame. The adjustable assembly comprises side pull rods and an adjusting assembly arranged between the side pull rods, the two ends of the side pull rods are fixed to the supporting frame through adjustable bolts, and the adjusting assembly is used for tensioning the side pull rods so as to limit the box type steel beam; the arrangement position of the side pull rod corresponds to the pre-bending position of the box type steel beam. By means of the sidewise bending prevention device, sidewise bending of the inclined box girder after hoisting can be effectively prevented.
