Supporting structure of underneath penetrating uplift pile and construction method of supporting structure
The invention discloses a supporting structure for underneath penetrating uplift piles and a construction method thereof. The problems that in the prior art, the construction difficulty coefficient is large and the safety coefficient is low due to the fact that the uplift piles need to be broken when underground excavation is conducted below an existing tunnel and/or a building are solved. The supporting structure with the uplift piles penetrating downwards comprises a connecting steel pipe for connecting an existing building structure and a tunnel segment through a pipe roofing method, a cambered surface beam plate is arranged on the side, corresponding to the connecting steel pipe, in the tunnel segment, and a reinforcing ring beam is arranged on the side, corresponding to the connecting steel pipe, in the existing building structure. One end of the connecting steel pipe penetrates through the tunnel segment and is connected with the cambered surface beam plate, and the other end of the connecting steel pipe penetrates through the existing building structure and is connected with the reinforcing ring beam and/or the existing building structure; after one side of the existing building structure is connected with the tunnel segment through the connecting steel pipe, the existing uplift pile is cut off, and then the other side of the existing building structure is connected with the tunnel segment through the connecting steel pipe. According to the construction method, the connecting steel pipes are constructed through the pipe roofing method, and the tunnel segments, the internal cambered surface steel beams and the upper existing building structure are connected into a whole through the connecting steel pipes, so that the tunnel segments and the upper structure achieve the common anti-floating effect, and safe construction of the tunnel penetrating through the existing building can be safely and efficiently achieved.
本发明公开了一种下穿抗拔桩的支护结构及其施工方法,解决了现有技术中暗挖既有隧道和/或建筑物下方需要破除抗拔桩施工难度系数大、安全系数低的问题。本发明下穿抗拔桩的支护结构,包括采用管幕法连接既有建筑结构和隧道管片的连接钢管,所述隧道管片内与连接钢管相对应侧设有弧面梁板,既有建筑结构内与连接钢管相对应侧设有加强环梁,连接钢管的一端穿过隧道管片且与弧面梁板相连接、另一端穿过既有建筑结构与加强环梁和/或既有建筑结构相连接;既有建筑结构一侧通过连接钢管与隧道管片连接后,切除既有抗拔桩,然后既有建筑结构另一侧通过连接钢管与隧道管片连接。本发明通过管幕法施作连接钢管,通过连接钢管将隧道管片及内部弧面钢梁与上部既有建筑结构进行连接形成一个整体,从而使隧道管片与上部结构起到共同抗浮的效果,能够安全高效地实现下穿既有建筑的隧道安全施工。
