The invention discloses a goaf roadbed settlement real-time monitoring and early warning system, and relates to the technical field of settlement monitoring. The system comprises an observation end, a central cloud end and an early warning terminal, wherein the observation end is used for carrying out state data acquisition on a target goaf roadbed in a current time period and carrying out variable analysis on the acquired state data to obtain a data change curve and fitting data. The central cloud is used for predicting the fitting data by using a roadbed settlement prediction model to obtain accumulated settlement deformation data generated by the roadbed in the future; the roadbed settlement prediction model is constructed based on a BP neural network; and comparing the accumulated settlement deformation data with a preset threshold value, and when the accumulated settlement deformation data exceeds the preset threshold value, outputting an early warning signal. And the early warning terminal is used for sending a sound-light alarm to a worker according to the early warning signal so as to remind related personnel to carry out maintenance protection. The timeliness of monitoring the subgrade settlement of the goaf can be improved.
