The invention discloses a parking device and a battery replacing system.The parking device is used for bearing a battery replacing vehicle and driving the battery replacing vehicle to move and comprises a body part, a clamping cavity formed in the upper surface of the body part, a walking structure arranged on the lower surface of the body part and a driving part; each clamping cavity corresponds to one wheel of the battery changing vehicle, an extending opening is formed in the top of each clamping cavity and used for allowing the corresponding wheel to be clamped into the corresponding clamping cavity, and each wheel is in interference fit with the corresponding clamping cavity. The driving part is used for driving the walking structure to act so that the parking device can drive the battery replacement vehicle to move. The invention aims to simplify the structure of the parking device and simplify the step of limiting the battery replacement vehicle so as to improve the parking efficiency and the battery replacement efficiency, save the user operation and reduce the waiting time of the user, thereby improving the user experience.
