MECHANICAL PARKING DEVICE REPLACING METHOD AND REPLACING TYPE MECHANICAL PARKING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanical parking device replacing method and a replacing type mechanical parking device, which enable an existing vertical circulation type mechanical parking device to be relatively easily renewed as a new mechanical parking device without extensive structure modification.SOLUTION: Drive part receiving parts 2A, 2B at the same position as an existing drive part receiving part which suspends the main components in an existing vertical circulation type mechanical parking device, receive loads of lifting guide rails 10A to 10D and suspending columns 11A, 11B. Multiple traverse rails 14A to 14N are fixed in longer direction of the lifting guide rails 10A to 10D and the suspending columns 11A, 11B so as to form multiple storage spaces. A horizontally moving special turn table 25, which has a turn table part 28 capable of moving horizontally in a direction to correct deviation from a center in lifting direction due to positions of the lifting guide rails 10A to 10D in the existing vertical circulation type mechanical parking device, is installed on a floor part of parking vehicle entering surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】従来の垂直循環式機械駐車装置を大掛かりの構造変更を行うことなく、比較的容易に新たな機械駐車装置として更新することができるようにした機械駐車装置リプレース方法およびリプレース型機械駐車装置を提供する。【解決手段】既存の垂直循環式機械駐車装置で前記主要構成要素を吊り下げていた既存の駆動部受部と同じ位置の駆動部受部2A,2Bで、昇降ガイドレール10A〜10Dおよび吊柱11A,11Bの荷重を受けるように吊り構造とし、昇降ガイドレール10A〜10Dおよび吊柱11A,11Bの長手方向に、複数段の格納スペースをそれぞれ形成するように複数段の横行レール14A〜14Nを固定し、駐車車両の乗り込み面における床部に、昇降ガイドレール10A〜10Dの位置によって生じた既存の垂直循環式機械駐車装置における昇降方向の中心との間のずれを補正する方向に横移動可能なターンテーブル部28を備えた横移動式特殊ターンテーブル25を設置した。【選択図】図7
