The super-hydrophobic silicon dioxide aerogel slurry comprises super-hydrophobic silicon dioxide aerogel powder, a low-boiling-point organic solvent, an organic silicon binder, an interface agent, water, alcohol and a catalyst; the mass fraction of the super-hydrophobic silicon dioxide aerogel powder is 5-20% by taking the total mass of the super-hydrophobic silicon dioxide aerogel powder, the low-boiling-point organic solvent and the organic silicon binder as 100%; the mass fraction of the low-boiling-point organic solvent is 60-90%; the mass fraction of the organic silicon binder is 5-20%; the interfacial agent, the water, the alcohol and the catalyst respectively account for 1-5%, 0.2-2%, 3-5% and 0.1-0.5% of the total mass of the super-hydrophobic silicon dioxide aerogel powder, the low-boiling-point organic solvent and the organic silicon binder.
