The invention discloses a super-hydrophobic carbon-doped ceramic aerogel material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of aerogel, and the preparation method of the super-hydrophobic carbon-doped ceramic aerogel material comprises the following steps: uniformly dispersing hydrophobic hexagonal boron nitride nanoparticles, epoxy resin, a curing agent and a diluent to prepare a hydrophobic coating; spraying hydrophobic paint on the surface of the rough S < i > C ceramic aerogel by using a spray gun, and curing at room temperature to obtain super-hydrophobic carbon-doped ceramic aerogel; graphite carbon is adopted to support a carbon aerogel skeleton, the roughness of the surface of the aerogel is increased through acid etching, the binding force between the aerogel and epoxy resin is enhanced, the epoxy resin generates strong cohesive force and adhesive force in the curing process so that the ceramic aerogel and hydrophobic particles can be tightly connected together, and the hydrophobic particles are tightly bonded together. The obtained aerogel has high strength and super-hydrophobicity, and has a good application prospect in a humid and hot environment.
本发明公开了一种超疏水的碳掺杂陶瓷气凝胶材料及其制备方法,属于气凝胶技术领域,超疏水的碳掺杂陶瓷气凝胶的制备方法为:将疏水六方氮化硼纳米粒子、环氧树脂、固化剂、稀释剂分散均匀制得疏水涂料,用喷枪将疏水涂料喷涂在粗糙的S i C陶瓷气凝胶表面,室温固化,得到超疏水的碳掺杂陶瓷气凝胶;本发明采用石墨碳支撑碳气凝胶骨架,酸刻蚀增加气凝胶表面的粗糙度,增强其与环氧树脂之间的结合力,环氧树脂在固化过程中产生强大的内聚力和粘附力将陶瓷气凝胶与疏水粒子紧密地连接在一起,得到的气凝胶具有高强度和超疏水性,在湿热环境中具有良好的应用前景。
