Modified lightweight aggregate reinforced green light acid-activated geopolymer mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention provides modified lightweight aggregate reinforced green light acid-activated geopolymer mortar and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: placing pottery sand in phosphoric acid for soaking, adsorption and modification, and then carrying out surface drying to obtain modified pottery sand; mixing the modified pottery sand, metakaolin, phosphoric acid, water and a polycarboxylate superplasticizer to obtain a mixture; injecting the mixture into a mold, and performing steam curing to obtain an early mortar test block; and curing the early mortar test block at room temperature. According to the invention, phosphoric acid is utilized to excite metakaolin to prepare a novel gel material, traditional cement is replaced, the pottery sand soaked and modified by phosphoric acid is further added into the mortar, the micropore structure of the pottery sand causes the effect of slow release of an internal pump in the mortar, high-concentration phosphoric acid in the pottery sand is slowly released along with the prolonging of the curing time, and the effect of slow release of the internal pump in the mortar is achieved. The interface reaction around the pottery sand is more sufficient, so that the compactness and the strength of the material are improved.
本发明提供了一种改性轻骨料增强绿色轻质酸激发地聚合物砂浆及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:将陶砂置于磷酸中进行浸泡吸附改性,然后进行表面干燥得到改性陶砂;将所述改性陶砂、偏高岭土、磷酸、水以及聚羧酸减水剂混合,得到混合料;将所述混合料注入模具,进行蒸汽养护得到早期砂浆试块;将所述早期砂浆试块置于室温进行养护。本发明利用磷酸激发偏高岭土制成一种新型凝胶材料,取代传统的水泥,而且进一步在砂浆中加入磷酸浸泡改性的陶砂,陶砂的微孔结构造成了其在砂浆内部起到了“内泵释缓”的效应,随着养护时间的延长,陶砂中的高浓度磷酸缓慢释放,使陶砂周围界面反应更加充分,从而提高材料的密实度和强度。
